Private review
The family biography form asks for your name, email, family history, sources, and sharing preference. When you submit it, authorized site staff can review it in WordPress. Your email is for follow-up and is not intended for public display. Submitting a story does not publish it.
Consent and family approval
Share only information you have permission to provide. Difficult experiences are optional. Public publication requires separate family approval of the final version. Do not include identity documents, medical records, private addresses, or identifying details about children.
Retention, corrections, and withdrawal
HFA must confirm a contact address and retention schedule before opening this form to the public. Requests to correct or withdraw a story should be sent through the official contact information. Existing backups may follow a separate retention period.
